Careers for the Future
Nord Anglia Lifetime Development is leading on this joint project with Sheffield Futures, supported by European funds through Objective One. Careers for the Future provides enhanced information, advice and guidance to Year 11 and 12 students with the potential to achieve an NVQ3 equivalent or above.
The project aims to help young people make realistic and informed decisions about learning and work-related opportunities in order to achieve success in existing and emerging growth sector industries. Interviews lead to a Career Development Plan that sets out each young person’s educational and career ideas and the specific action to be undertaken by them to achieve them.
